You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use TrackMyPlace.
You agree not to:
TrackMyPlace offers optional integrations with Google services. By connecting your Google account, you authorize TrackMyPlace to access and use your Google data as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 9). You may revoke this access at any time from your TrackMyPlace Settings or your Google Account permissions page.
TrackMyPlace's use of Google data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The TrackMyPlace platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TrackMyPlace. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform.
Your use of TrackMyPlace is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.
This section explains our billing, cancellation, and refund practices for paid TrackMyPlace subscriptions. It is read alongside, and is subject to, your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Nothing in these Terms attempts to exclude, restrict, or modify those statutory consumer guarantees.
Subscriptions and billing cycle. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) in Australian dollars, via Stripe. The amount, currency, and renewal date for your plan are shown on the Settings → Billing page and on each Stripe invoice we issue.
Cancellation. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access to your paid plan until that period ends, and you will not be charged for the next period.
Proration. Unless required under the Australian Consumer Law or expressly stated in this section, we do not pro-rate or refund fees already paid for the current billing period when you cancel or downgrade for convenience. The remainder of the paid period remains available to you. Upgrades or seat increases made mid-period may be billed by Stripe on a prorated basis at the new plan's rate; the invoice will show the calculation.
Refunds. Separately from, and in addition to, your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund a charge where:
How to request a refund. Email support@trackmyplace.com from the email address on your account, or contact us through the Stripe billing portal accessible from Settings → Billing. Please include your team name, the relevant invoice number, and a short description of the issue. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service you are entitled to cancel your subscription and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem remedied within a reasonable time. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Termination does not affect any refund entitlement you have under Section 8 or under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 8), TrackMyPlace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
