Auto-Link Emails to Deals

Auto-Link scans incoming emails and automatically associates them with the correct deal based on matching rules you configure.

Matching strategies include: thread matching (replies to deal emails), client email matching, and subject line matching.

When enabled, linked emails appear in the deal's communication timeline so your team has full context without manual filing.

Configure auto-link rules from Settings > Auto-Link. You can enable or disable each matching strategy independently.

Attachments from auto-linked emails can optionally be saved to the deal's documents section.
