Set up if-this-then-that rules to automate repetitive tasks.
Automations let you create rules that trigger actions automatically. Each rule has a Trigger (what starts it) and an Action (what happens).
Common triggers: deal moves to a stage, action is completed, a date is reached.
Common actions: send an email, send an SMS, create a new task, update the deal stage, add a calendar event.
You can add an optional delay (in minutes) before the action fires. Monitor execution in the automation logs.
Example: When a deal moves to 'Live Campaign', automatically send the client a notification email.
