Recommendations & Services
Provide stage-specific recommendations and service suggestions to clients.
Recommendations are feedback-based suggestions shown to clients at each campaign stage (e.g. staging, photography).
Services are vendor offerings - home staging, photography and so on - that can be linked to an action so the client sees a “Book now” button in their portal.
Recommendations are edited under Campaigns → Stages & Actions, the same editor as stages and actions; Services have their own page, opened from Settings → Features.
Enable or disable each independently to match your workflow.
