Text Messaging (SMS)
Send SMS notifications to clients via Twilio integration.
SMS messaging requires a Twilio account. Configure your Twilio credentials (Account SID, Auth Token, phone number) in Settings > Communications.
Once configured, SMS notifications are sent automatically on stage changes, action completions, and document uploads — mirroring your email automations.
SMS templates can be customized alongside email templates in Settings > Communications > Email/SMS Templates.
Each client can opt in or out of SMS communications independently.
